Your ally in healthcare
We build intelligent software that supports clinicians, reduces admin, and helps providers deliver better occupational health at scale.
Occupational health teams spend too much of their day on admin — chasing referrals, retyping notes, and stitching together reports. That time should go to the people they care for.
Ally is an AI-supported occupational health platform designed for OH providers and in-house teams to reduce admin, improve consistency, and deliver better outcomes for clinicians and clients. AI assists with documentation, report drafting, referral quality checks, case summaries, and health surveillance prompts, while clinicians stay firmly in control of every decision.
The result is a platform that feels like an assistant, not another system to work around: faster reporting, cleaner referrals, and insight you can act on.
Built by two people who'd seen both sides of the problem
Ally was founded by two co-founders who brought very different experience to the same problem.
One co-founder spent over 10 years working in occupational health, and saw the same issues play out again and again: time lost to admin that added no clinical value, inconsistency in how cases and reports were handled, and clinicians under real strain, with too little time left to actually support the employees in front of them.
The other co-founder has spent their career building AI platforms from the ground up for banking and high-security organisations, where accuracy, control, and trust aren't optional. That experience shaped how Ally's AI is built: rigorous, closely governed, and designed to support human judgement rather than override it.
Ally exists because occupational health deserved the same standard of technology as industries where getting it wrong isn't an option, built by people who understood both the clinical reality and the engineering required to do it properly.
Principles that guide how we build
AI as an assistant
Ally drafts, summarises, and checks — but never decides. The technology supports clinicians; it doesn't replace them.
Clinical oversight first
Every AI generation requires clinician approval. Clinicians remain fully responsible for assessments and decisions.
Built for OH teams
Designed with OH providers and in-house teams for the realities of referrals, surveillance, and reporting.
Better outcomes at scale
Less admin means more time for care — and consistent, high-quality outcomes as your service grows.
Comments from healthcare professionals
“What stood out was the focus on reducing admin without cutting corners clinically. The AI feels like an assistant, not something we'd have to work around.”
“Routine tasks were a time sink. Ally's automation cut errors and ramped up productivity instantly.”
